Every morning we commit to entrust to the courier all orders received by the night before: every order received by 00:00 from Monday to Friday, and that has as payment methods paypal, credit card and cash on delivery, will be managed and entrusted to the chosen courier in phase of checkout within the following working day, with delivery to house within 1 or 2 working days. We reserve however a maximum time of 48h for the management of the orders.
For Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia the times are of 2 or 3 days while for the foreign country the delivery will happen from 3 to 5 days.

Baldoni Bike Shop relies on couriers TNT, DHL and SDA.

All orders that have as payment methods bank transfer will be entrusted to the courier when we receive the credit on our current account (usually 2 working days from the arrangement of the transfer from an Italian bank, from a foreign bank the working days vary from 3 to 7).

For orders over € 89.90 shipping is FREE

On Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia will be applied a surcharge of 3 €.

Traceability of the order


Once you have entrusted your order to the courier, you will receive the tracking code by e-mail.

For more information you can contact directly the branch of the courier you have chosen at checkout.

For any clarification our staff will be at your disposal.
 

Delays or problems in delivery


In the event that on the day of delivery the courier does not find anyone at the address indicated at the time of order, will provide delivery the next working day. If this time you have a negative result in the collection of the package, a communication will be released in the mailbox and the package goes into storage in the branch nearest you.

To avoid any problem in the delivery please indicate a valid address and mobile phone number so that the courier can contact you to schedule the delivery.

In the event that the package on delivery is damaged or open, you must ask the courier to accept the shipment with reservation, stating the reasons for reservation on the waybill before signing the acceptance.
You must then inform us immediately at info@baldonibikeshop.com of your order number and the extent of the damage.

In any case, the recipient has, in terms of law, eight days to file a written complaint to the branch of the area that will give all the indications to handle any damage suffered.
